Ordering Online

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

We employ a method of interaction with our customers using a Lloyds TSB / Sagepay Cardnet payment system, which accepts purchases via most Credit / Debit cards). If preferred, customers also have the option to pay with a Paypal account.

A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act. Under this act, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately if you believe your credit card has been used fraudulently and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your Credit / Debit card to conduct commerce on our site. Please allow up to one week from ordering to receiving your required merchandise (with exception to Special delivery). In the unlikely event of any delay in your order, we will notify you immediately via email

Return / Refund Policy

Upon completion of your order you will receive an email confirmation. Please check this thoroughly to ensure all the required details are correct as Especially-Balloons cannot be held liable for errors of this nature once orders have been sent out.

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately via our email address where an alternative will be arranged.

Shipping / Posting Information

Standard Delivery charges are calculated at £2.99 per order which includes postage, handling and packing. All orders above £60 are post free. This service takes up to 5 working days for delivery.

Special Delivery charges are calculated at £6.99 per order which includes priority postage, handling and packing. This enhanced service guarantees a 2 working day delivery if ordered before 2pm, or delivery on a specific required day (excludes weekends and bank holidays).

Saturday Delivery charges are calculated at £11.99 per order which includes priority weekend postage, handling and packing. This rate is also used as a delivery / set up fee when our staff set up balloons as per the 'local parties' service. Please contact us before using this option.
